Terms of Service — DOXI Last updated: July 2026

1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of the DOXI online store (doxi-4404.myshopify.com), operated by DOXI, registered in the Netherlands (KVK 98739964, VAT NL005349245B05), located at Anthony Fokkerlaan 36 II, 2024 JE Haarlem.

2. Products All products sold are digital downloads (Canva templates and related files). By purchasing, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the templates for personal or commercial projects, subject to Canva's platform terms.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are processed immediately upon payment. We accept payment methods available at checkout via Shopify Payments.

4. Digital Delivery Upon successful payment, download links are delivered instantly by email. If you do not receive your download, contact us at atrifu8888@gmail.com within 7 days.

5. Refunds Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property All templates remain the intellectual property of DOXI. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability DOXI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
