Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold on this store are digital downloads (Canva templates). By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content. In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has begun or the digital content has been accessed. As such, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued after delivery.
